3. About the material

● Stainless steel: There are several different grades and models of stainless steel, and the common stainless steel of electric kettles is 201, 202, 304. Different types of stainless steel have different nickel and chromium content, and the higher the nickel and chromium content, the stronger the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

If the inner tank material of the electric kettle is stainless steel, food-grade 304 stainless steel is preferred. More resistant to corrosion and not easy to rust.

In addition, the inner tank is generally stainless steel, and the outer layer will generally have plastic or stainless steel for heat insulation and anti-scalding. There are also some low-cost only single-layer stainless steel. An electric kettle with multiple layers of protection will definitely have a better anti-scald design.
